Ingredients:
- 10-12 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2-3 pods garlic chopped
- 4 oz tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 & 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- handful of chopped spring onion
- 2-3 sticks of celery chopped
- salt to taste
- Clean chicken wings by washing and rinsing it a couple of times, remove excess fat if required.
- Bring some water to a boil in a pan, add these wings in it and simmer for 5 minutes, you will see all the fat starts to float on top.
- Take the wings out, remove excess water by placing it on a paper towel.
- Now line up the wings on the baking sheet, spray oil and bake on 450F/225C for 30-35 min or until it gets browned and crisp, turn halfway through.
- In the meantime, make a sauce in a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, saute for few seconds, add tomato sauce, sriracha chilli sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, salt to taste. Mix everything together.
- Simmer the sauce for a couple of minutes more and add the baked chicken wings, now gently mix everything properly.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce along with some celery sticks on the side.

Note: *you can use any kind of hot and spicy chilli sauce.
